Q: When do I pick up my tickets?
A: We are not a regular box office: no hard tickets. It’s a will call system. Your name will be at the door. In addition, if you want to be ultra safe, print your tickets online.
Q: What does Will-Call mean?
A: Just show up the night of the show and give your name, with a valid picture ID
Q: What types of music do you showcase?
Q: Live.
Q: Do you ever have DJ’s?
A: Sometimes…when they’re awesome.

Q: Can I join the street team?

Q: How do I reserve a table?
A: Call and ask me nicely, and cross your fingers. Also, on our website, for certain shows we have reservations available . Check the particular show.
Q: Does it cost $ to reserve a table?
A: Only for special engagements…(Bigger shows: just ask)
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: No, but we hope you are very good looking.
Q: What time do you open?
A: 5pm M-F, 6PM weekends.
Q: Do you do private parties?

Q: Where do we park?
A: Valet for $6 behind the club. Street parking is usually available.
Q: If we come for Happy Hour can we stay for the show?
A: Any show $10 and under, you can. It’s up to the manager’s discretion…
Q: When is Happy Hour?
A: M-F 5PM to 7:30PM.
Q: What makes it happy?
A: Everything on the menu is only $5.

Q: I bought some tickets but can’t make it. Can I get a refund?
A: No, we don’t do refunds. But you can give them to a friend.
Q: How do I give them to a friend if you don’t sell hard tickets?
A: You call the club and tell us the names. It’s easy.
Q: What if I don’t have any friends?
A: You can pick a show of equal value and we’ll transfer. I’ll be your friend.
