Description: Open doors at 10:00 for Flower arrangements.

Photo booth arriving at 5:00 pm.  Going in place of table 34.

Pull all low tables, and 3 Tall tables on dance floor.

Host providing DJ and band, they are paying directly not through us.

Schedule:
DJ-  6:00 - 6:45
Band-  6:45 - 7:30
DJ-  7:30 - 8:00
Band- 8:00 - 8:45

Bar-  Open bar for all drinks 8:00 and less.  Please keep wedding coordinate updated on total every $1000.

Food-  Passed and buffet.  Buffet cold food starts food at 6:00.  Passed apps start at 6:15.  Place all cold items on the credenza for buffet.
